29/09/2026 29/10/2026 WIDDOWS, Robin John Robin John WIDDOWS died on the 18th June 2026 at the Royal Preston Hospital as a consequence of pneumonia. Mr WIDDOWS had significant underlying respiratory diseases but had also been exposed to asbestos in the course of his previous working life. His death was caused by underlying respiratory conditions but was contributed to by asbestos exposure in his previous working life.
01/10/2026 01/10/2026 WHITTLE, John Alan John Alan WHITTLE died on the 20th September 2026 at the Royal Preston Hospital as a consequence of aspiration pneumonia and exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Mr WHITTLE's death arose from primarily natural causes but was contributed to by the impact of a traumatic brain injury he sustained in a road traffic collision more than 30 years ago. The brain injury left Mr WHITTLE with difficulties in swallowing and increased his risk of suffering an aspiration pneumonia.
